Then, send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not properly tracked.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
